GREEN - 2017 's trending color

Green. The color green is one of the most rare colors to find in outfits. There are a few brave ladies that would choose a green outfit. However 2017 has turned around the occurrence and choices. There are more ladies that are choosing green outfits. For those that may not know green is one color that means peace and harmony. I guess that's the reason most national armies use it. Green also means freshness. You can just tell from an environment that has a lot of green; clean air and relaxed mind you get.

To bring each one of us to love green outfits, i will be sharing with you a few pictures of green outfits, accessories and i will explain the different shades of the greens as well as matching them to the different skin tones/ skin types. I will also share pictures of some of the celebrities that love and have rocked green on and off the red carpet.

DRESSES:
These are the most common outfits that ladies wear in green color. May be because its the most come that you can find.

 The Duchess of Cambridge, Kate is a big lover of the green outfits. These are one of the many times she rocks the green outfits. in picture one she wore an army green wrapper dress. She complimented this outfit with coffee brown hat and pair of heels. I must say this is an unique and a very tough choose of colors put together and it still comes out beautifully. In picture 2 and picture 3 she switched it up for Sacramento green dress with a bit of darker sacramento velvet around the hands and collar. She played all green with these outfits. But if you notice critically you will observe that the hat in picture 3 is of a different shade of green. Its a forest green. in picture 4 she turned up with a forest green suit with a cute black pair of heels. Its a sweet look. She did the same in picture 6, a forest green dress only that this time she paired in with cream shoes and cream clutch. Lastly in picture 5 she switched the shade of green to kelly green and still spiced the outfit with cream pair of heels.

 Another lady, a telemundo actress looked amazing in a persian green cutout dress. This a brave choice of color for the red carpet.

 Instagram queen Mihla looked beautiful in a shiny emerald green V-neck dress with long sleeves and high slit. She made this dress look better when she picked out diamond and gold jewellery.

In the first picture is a model from Ugandan designer Sylvia Owori, the beautiful Susan Kirumira in forest green dresses and Socialite Huddah Monroe in a sacramento green dress. These ladies chose their accessories right for their outfits

  

This is called being brave, This lady above showed up in a color had to define and pull off on the red carpet but just look at how she made this moss green dress look beautiful.

Fashionista Krinastyla is back again in the above two photos. and in the first picture she wore a casual hunter green dress and in the second one she wore and army green dress

Olive green dress


SKIRTS:  a green skirt is hard to find. This for sure i know but they do exist.

From photo 1 is a model from Sylvia Owori in a very dark Sacramento green lace skirt with a yellow long sleeved blouse, photo 2 is Krinastyla in a jade green badge skirt, in photo 3 is a Kenyan fashionista in pine green skirt with a simple orange blouse and brown ankle boots and lastly is photo 4 with a lady in a forest green skirt and simple black t-shirt.

PANTS AND JUMPSUITS: green pants and jumpsuits are actually easy to find. here are some of photos of ladies in the green shades pants and jumpsuits

Designer Sylvia Owori loves jumpsuits and she loves green color too. In first picture she is in sage green jumpsuit paired with a pair of heel heels and in the second one its a moss green jumpsuit paired with a gold and brown belt.

JEWELLERY: Emerald green is the most common green shade in the jewellery sections. its also very rare to find any lady wearing any green shade of jewellery. But now with this article few shall become many.

these usually come in velvet or the smooth shiny material. Lets take a look at some of them. From snickers to ankle boots, pumps, heels and some many more

NOTE:

All skin color tones can wear green outfit but the caution should be taken for the neon, kelly and lime green on a darker skin. The highly chocolate skins if you like neon, kelly or lime green please wear it in small amounts. by small amounts i mean earring, shoes, jewellery, scurf, head wrapper, handbag or jacket so that its not shouting to much and making you look like a lamp from a galaxy.
However the other shades of green such Sacramento, forest,olive etc would really look good on the chocolate as well the lighter skinned beauties

How to compliment a green outfit?
 For a green dress, blouse, pants, jeans, skirt, handbag, jewellery, jacket and so on, ladies choose a softer color for the shoes or bag, or jeans to compliment the outfit. Colors such as cream, white, whitish grey, lighter brown, baby pink, sky blue, yellow, orange will brighten and spice up your green outfit.
You can as well use another shade of green, a lighter or a darker shade of green to compliment the green you are wearing. Just like we have seen above with the Duchess of Cambridge with an all green outfit and also cream and white.

So now ladies lets go green.
